To ensure the ongoing success of any new employer brand, its purpose and benefits need to be communicated to current employees. We wanted to recognise the contribution made by everyone at TCS to our new employer brand – It Means More – and to ensure all stakeholders were enthusiastic about the messaging. We therefore produced this short video which was initially used to launch the employer brand internally.

The video has subsequently been used in external attraction campaigns and features on the home page of their UK ( and across their global career websites, as well as it being played at recruitment and assessment events.
