To ensure the ongoing success of any new employer brand, its purpose and benefits need to be communicated to current employees. Our new EVP and It means more employer brand had been generated from the ‘inside out’ so to speak, so we wanted to recognise the contribution made by everyone to its creation and to ensure all stakeholders were enthusiastic about the messaging. We therefore produced this short video which was initially launched internally on a company-wide video call.

The video has subsequently been used in external attraction campaigns and features on the home page of TCS global careers website, as well as it being played at recruitment and assessment events.
