WDAD were approached by TCS to produce an on-boarding video that would help to explain to imminent new starters some of the vital steps required to get themselves set up on the TCS internal system called Ultimatix. We worked with two recruiters to agree a script and recorded their full on-screen training sessions. The final edit is a nine minute instructional video that is used at all on-boarding events and can be supplied via email as a reference/user guide.
The feedback has been great; not only from the perspective of the employees’ understanding, but also from the Recruitment Team who have benefited hugely from the amount of time they’ve saved as a result of a significant drop in the number of individual enquiries they now receive.
