Auto Trader is an incredibly successful business and that is down to the amazingly talented people they have in it. They truly value the contribution that each person makes and really support their development to become even better… awesome even!  Their view is that career development is really about “how do I get better?” As long as employees are committed, Auto Trader are committed to giving them the feedback and opportunities that will make them the best they can possibly be.

From Apprentices, Graduates and entry level roles to Tech Experts, there were far more than just one way to progress their careers, with numerous pathways and a framework to really stretch and challenge individuals at each stage of their development.

WDAD were tasked with communicating this information in an engaging and informative way. We designed and produced a brochure that captured all of this as well as providing clear examples of
how employees can truly live Auto Trader’s values at each stage of their career. It was printed and distributed to all employees and also saved as an e-flip book to make it an accessible and engaging as possible.
