Mike has decades of media and agency experience. He’s Co-owner of the agency but remains very hands-on with all our accounts. He's on the ball about most things - especially digital strategy and golf swings.
Co-owner and Client Services Director, Mike runs the team with ultimate responsibility for our client relationships. He has held senior roles with a number of our competitors before joining us in 2006. Has a penchant for rugby, singing and Las Vegas, all at the same time.
With agency experience dating back to the late 90s, Steve has worked with some big brands across the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. Outside of work, most of his time is taken up with his two young children, but he manages to juggle this with his passion for cooking, music and slot car racing.
Dee Dee Duncan
Being in the industry for more years than she wants to count, through this time she has worked on commercial, consultancies, public sector and charity clients. Her greatest achievement is having been privileged enough to fly on Concorde to and from New York. Her love of soul music sees her taking her diamante trainers off to weekenders to dazzle on the dance floor.
Louise looks after some of our biggest (and some of our smallest) clients. With over 25 years’ experience of the business, she's particularly knowledgeable in the local government and charity sectors. On the down side, she is an avid Wigan Warriors rugby league fan.
Tim has spent his entire career in personnel, recruitment marketing and, for the past 15 years, in recruitment-orientated market research. As the retained research consultant of WDAD, he has worked on numerous employer brand campaigns delivering both qualitative and quantitative research support. Recent projects have included work with Compass Community, Whitbread and the Environment Agency.
