To support our ongoing recruitment campaign, we run a bonus scheme to reward staff who ‘introduce’ new employees to us. You’ll receive a £25 bonus whenever anyone you have referred to us completes training. And there’s no limit as to how many times you’ll be rewarded – please keep going until you’re bored of receiving money.
It doesn’t matter whether the people you refer are friends or relatives, or if you only met them whilst raising money on the streets.
And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also be entered into a prize draw for one of the regular "Talent Spotting" competitions.
The more people you spot, the bigger the chance you have of winning the draw. A recent competition winner won a weekend for two in Paris. Ooo la la!
